Do we have to download all extentions for Template FINION ?

yes I have jus downloaded one for Template FINION

Do we have to download : SPPB 5 pro version 5.7.2 SPPB 5 lite version 5.7.2 SPPB Pro version 3.8.10 SPPB Lite version 3.8.10

There is an issue with the extentsions SP Page builder at Database level. The message is : "There are tables not up to date"

I have loaded : SPPB 5 pro version 5.7.2 SPPB 5 lite version 5.7.2 SPPB Pro version 3.8.10 SPPB Lite version 3.8.10

could you tell me the difference between "Pro" and " Lite". I am vey puzzled.
