Make it default and open it. I would like to test first. I am using another template at the moment. Anne T. Take a full site backup, after that you can check. Not possible. I bought your template because I plan to change but before I have many parameters to update Anne T. Install the backup file in your local host.

Would you please explain your need more precisely here again? From the conversation I can understand you wanted to install the quickstart pack at the first time. But as it can not be installed within an existing Joomla environment, so you tried the template pack later, but faces issues as far as I can understand.
If you are confused about the template pack and the quickstart pack then please check out this: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/introduction#template-vs-quickstart
If you do not have contents already that much in your existing Joomla environment, then I would recommend you to remove everything from there and start a fresh with the quickstart pack. It should be easier then to handle things.
Please note that, if you choose only the template pack then it will not come with demo contents. Only a very basic stracture comes with this.
If you are still facing any specific issue kindly share details with screenshot and share your admin access to check the issue for you.

Accepted AnswerMy issue is quite "simple". On my website I have already a template and now, I would like to replace it by FINION. I am working with the last Joomla version and PHP 8.3. All Joomla technical requirements are respected
I have understood that I should not load "install the quickstart pack" because I am already in production environment. I have loaded FINION template but none functionalities work. I have this message => « InvalidArgumentException: Merci de spécifier in format de réponse valide autre que HTML, par exemple json, raw, debug, etc. » or "Please specify a valid response format other than HTML, such as json, raw, debug, etc".

Yes, as I said earlier, the template doesn't come with any demo contents or any components within it. If you want the demo contents, then you can try to install the quickstart version on your local and then export/import the pages those are built with SP Page Builder as follows:

This is not import/export function for the template but for the pages those are built with SP Page Builder. You will find it within SP Page Builder frontend editor.
Did you try SP Page Builder? Did you installed the quickstart pack on your local?

There was no pages, so I created a test page and indicated the options from there.
