Hi, I have been trying to import a csv for hours making changes etc, but always failing.
Import Failed! There might be some problem with the CSV file structure
Can I get you to have a look at my CSV file. I really need to be able to import to use easystore so need to understand what is causing the failure.
I can't even upload your sample CSV without getting an error

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
