The Business Subscription is Not Working.

Hi I have a Business plan subscription, which is still active for two months. For some reason, it doesn't work on one of the websites. (For example, when I try to hide a block, a message appears saying, "This feature is only available in the premium version.")

Help me figure it out

Sorry for your experience.

May I have your admin access to check the issue for you? In the meantime, did you try to re-enter your email and license key, resave, then clear your Joomla and browser cache deeply?

I figured out the reason - I have SP Page Builder Lite Version: 3.0.1 (JOomla 3.9.0). How to upgrade to the full version?

So, you want the pro version of SPPB 3?

Please note that, it is not supported anymore. However, SPPB 3.8.10 is the one that is available still, Here you go:

You just need to download, then install over the lite one.
