AI Generator Not Showing Up

Good morning

On this website (see hidden content) the option to generate texts and images with AI does not appear.

Disappeared after referral ticket assistance: "Import page layout, Error SP Pb 5.7.2"

I don't know if it can be related

Could you help us?

About AI, it works, you have AI button, for example, in Image addon

and I was able to Import page layout , no error, evidence link
