Problem Editing Fonts, Some Options Don't Change The Text

Good morning, I have a problem with PageBuilder 6 installed on Joomla 5.3.4. If you open any of the pages I created and want to change a font, the "Typography > Select a preset" menu does not work. It seems to open a submenu that does not open. Another problem is that in the "Font Weight" section, only the options from "Medium Thick to Black" show a change. The first fine font options do not make any changes to the text. Can you please check? The login details have been provided. Thank you.

Accepted AnswerThanks for the reply, but I wasn't referring to the presets. As I wrote in my message, I'm referring to changing the fonts. There are very few fonts available, and as I wrote in my previous message, it's not possible to change the font options. That's my main problem, not the presets. Thanks.

It seemed that you were pointing to the empty dropdown of typography presets issue at the first place. Secondly, the font weight issue. May I have a screencast illustration the font options not changing issue, please? As I tried to check font weight options and it looks okay here.

Accepted AnswerI'm currently unable to upload images to other hosting services and include them in this comment. The problem is very simple: when I select some text and click on the "Typography > Select Font" menu, in the pop-up menu that opens, if I select "Extra Light" or "Light" or "Normal" in the "Weight" drop-down menu, the changes to the text aren't applied.
I should also add that until yesterday I could access the "Layout Packs," but now when I click on the "Layout Packs" menu, the menu with the available layouts doesn't open; instead, I get a gray screen with the upload loader.
