Hi there, I have a client that wants me to re create the top part of this website https://www.hakluytandco.com/ the carousel with menu that when scrolled moves into a white header with logo and menu.

Can someone advise how to do or I am happy to pay someone to create this piece for us.

OK, so if we don't use the carousel and use a video background, is it possible please?

You can use the video background from the page builder row settings style tab

Ok excellent and then for the scroll menu into the static menu - is this possible please?
