Page Settings Strato Template - Layout Problems

Template 6 days ago

Hi Team, i have many problems to find the correct settings on the new set up page ... really much complicated for me - as working with joomla since 20 years ...

In Page builder both pages (named in the hidden area here) have the problem, that below the header is a section with the dark area - what is this - it is not part of the builder pages ...

And in content acrea (builder) the content is not full width - it has a wide empty (white) area on left ... what is this - where to set this correct?

It is a miracle, as both pages in frontend editing are ok.

Next i did not find the settings (as i configured all colour settings in the main template setting with other colours (not a preset - i set all manually ....)

The Button in the header - purple color - what is this - where to find it - where to change the colours?

On homepage next to the picture - where to set the correct colours?

Or do i all have to override manually by css?

Thank you fpr quick support Best Frank

I have also just started creating a new website using the Strato template. I have already encountered issues with the very first steps. See the following post:

https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/41707

This is also interesting: If you change the --gradient-color-1: and 2: values, the color of the text in the active menu item changes to a gradient. The text, really. See the following post:

https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/41616

All tested in a fresh Strato template, nothing changed.

Hi Team, in progress of finding a way for basic setting, i am dissatified. As i am not able to set basic colours - the i did not set the presets - i set the custom settings - but they are not working. Additional i disabled google fonts in the joomshaper settings and in font book i deleted all fontex exept the created the woff fonts i want ... but in typogrphy setting inside template i see a long list of all google fonts - but ot the installed font. Additional i can use whatever font i want - i ses no change in the frontend.

The system was setup freshly with the strato template full set with example pages ... but it is arduous and disappointing as i did not see no changes.

Additional i made a additional landing page - i made a clone of template to use only on that page - but it is the same. You have credentials in fist post - hidden - please have a look waht is wrong.

Or do you have a new version of the template ... or do you have another one which is visual modern similar to that ... using it in an easier way sving time - not wasting until now ...

Explanation: I hve a few other pages using the helix theme and builder --- all worked "ok" - not perfect - too many things need to modify manually - nothing works out ogf the box. But this strato template, i wantet to use for savin time is a mess.

Thank you

Hello Frank,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing and the delayed response over the weekend.

To help me understand the issue better, could you please share a screenshot indicating the specific section you're referring to under the header? Also, please let me know if this issue appears on all pages or just specific ones; a screenshot of that would be very helpful as well.

Regarding the color changes, please confirm where you are making these adjustments. The header button is generated by the Header Button SP Page Builder module, which you can find in your module list and edit.

Finally, could you share a screenshot highlighting the problematic homepage section next to the picture with the incorrect colors? We can then guide you on the correct way to adjust the colors, hopefully without needing manual CSS overrides.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Frank, you wrote in your initial post: "The Button in the header - purple color - what is this - where to find it - where to change the colours?"

Could it be that you mean the purple color in the following menu text?

Here is the screenshot, marked in red:

This issue is already being addressed in the following thread.

It seems that it is not quite so simple. As you ca read, this matter was passed on to the development department.
