I recently created a website using Thrifted. Looks great, functions great, but I am having an issue when I create a section to only show on mobile (alternate hero images), it shows fine on Android but only shows part of it on IPhone. Any suggestions? I am not saying it is a bug, I just wanted to see if anyone else ran into this before.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Hello digitalmaster,

Sorry for the inconvenience and the delay in my response. To better understand the issue, could you please share a screenshot indicating which section is displaying as the mobile version and which is displaying as the desktop version on your iPhone?

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

It is the hero image on the homepage 2026. It's the section image. It's showing fine on Android and desktop, but not on iphone, I believe this is an IOS issue. I think I found a solution but am not sure if it is fixed as I don't have iphone.

Thank you for the update. Could you please share a screenshot of your page backend editor, highlighting which section is assigned for mobile? This will help me verify the setup and ensure the issue is correctly addressed for iOS devices.

Hello digitalmaster,

Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue was due to the background-attachment: fixed property, which isn't fully supported on iPhones. I've updated the setting, and it should now display correctly. You can check on hidden content area.

Best regards
