I placed the sites that it has destroyed in Hidden Content. I have reinstalled Backups of all the sites. How can I get "System - Helix Ultimate Framework" installed without killing the sites???

Hello Sidney,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the Helix Ultimate Framework update.

To help resolve this for you, would you be willing to grant temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to investigate the issue directly.

Before providing credentials, please ensure you've taken a complete backup of your site for data security.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Hello Sidney,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Please check the technical requirements for Helix Ultimate 2.2.x: www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/introduction#technical-requirements. It requires at least Joomla 4.4, but your site is currently running on Joomla 3.

Best regards
