Hi,
I'm using SP Page Builder 2.1.6, and after the latest Joomla update to v. 4.4.14, and T4 System Plugin to version 2.5.3, I get the error Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Form\Form::renderControlFields() when I try to open the "Frontend editor" from the SP Page Builder "Pages" menu.
Can you help me to fix this issue?

Accepted AnswerI noticed that also SP Simple Portfolio has an error in the page "Items" (backend side). The error is: Call to undefined method Joomla\Filesystem\File::getExt()

Accepted AnswerI have checked your site. Both SP Page Builder Frontend Editor and SP Simple Portfolio Items in the backend works fine in my case.
The error Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Form\Form::renderControlFields() occurs when you are trying to access Frontend without logging in.

Accepted AnswerSP Simple Portfolio- should work now, but please keep that older version until you are using J4.
But with T4 framework/JA template problems I cannot help you. But I discovered that error is from login view (!) code.
When I enabled Shared Session in Global Conifuration, SSPB front-end editor now works, becuase I skipped the login screen. It means that probably problem is from JA Purity_iv template itself!?

I think that this problem started after the last T4 framework update. JA Purity IV still always the same, no new update, so maybe the problem is not coming from the template.
So ok, you enabled the "Shared Session" in "Global Conifuration" to skip the frontend authentication when you already logged-in from the backend. This issue is really weird...
What's the issue with SP Simple Portfolio? Why do I need to keep the current version? Is because of the open_basedir settings that are too strict?

Using tips from forum.joomla.org or your local support team fix that "Joomla\Filesystem\Folder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths " inside your Joomla.
