Unfold Template - Templates: Styles > Presets

In the Unfold Template - Templates: Styles > Options > Presets

There are 8 different colors defined as presets. However, no colors are changed when switching between presets. How can I activate the presets?

I have already tried turning “compile SCSS to CSS” off as well as on, but without success.

How to use the presets?

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. Could you please keep a full site backup and give me your super admin access? So that I can check.

-Regards.

The site is not yet published. It is IP restricted in the .htaccess

# BEGIN IP RESTRICTIONS
deny from all
allow from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
# END IP RESTRICTIONS

If you tell me your IP address, I can give you super admin access

However, access is not actually necessary. This is a newly installed “unfold_quickstart_j6.zip.”

For all JoomShaper templates, the colors could previously be changed via:

Templates: Styles > Options > Presets

However, nothing happens in “Unfold” when you change the preset.

Have you tried changing the preset? You will notice that no colors change in this template when you change a preset.

However, in all of your other templates, the colors change when you change a preset. Why is that?

Sorry for the delayed reply, it was weekend here. You can check the IP address from the hidden content. By the way, you can also solve it via custom CSS.

Actually it is simple: You will notice that no colors change in this template when you change a preset.

See the screenshot:

However, in all of your other templates, the colors change when you change a preset. Why is that?

Hi

Sorry for the inconvenience. I will inform our team about it. In the meantime, you can solve it via custom CSS. I want to help you with that, but I can't access your site. Please check.

This is the mesaage you get when your IP address does not mach! You need a PERMANENT IP address. With an IP address that changes frequently it is impossible.

I' just double ckecked. I added the IP (hidden) address to the .htaccess you provided. Is that the IP address you currently really use?

allow from xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx

xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx is you IV V6 address.

If you come with exactly this IP V6 address, you will have access. If you come with another IP address, you do not have access. Pls double check your IP V6 address.

You may also provide an IP V4 address.

Thank you very much, Mehtaz. I am very pleased that you have addressed this issue with your team.

We have tested various templates and currently think we will use the Justice template for the new website. For this reason, my request is no longer so urgent at the moment.

Thank you for the good communication.

Indeed, sometimes small details cause certain functions to not work properly. At this stage, in order not to delay the work, I think you should simply create a separate custom.css file and overwrite a few colors there.
