Error Accessing From The Front End (Melvin Template)

Error accessing editing from the front end. I don't have access to editing Joomla articles from the front end, as shown in the error screenshot. If the pages are written in SPPB, I can access editing from the front end without problems, but if I click to work in the system editor (JCE) from the text block, the error page appears again: "behavior:: modal not found". If I use a different template, everything is fine.

I fixed it by commenting the affected code line.
