First, you have to log in to your Joomla admin dashboard using the username and password. The URL to access the administrator page is: www.yourdomain/administrator.
Now go to Extensions>>Install.
Now you have to upload the installation file. You can drag and drop the file or use the "browse for file" button to add the file

I have no problem uploading the installation file. I reinstalled the file as you asked me to. Still problem occurs. I gave you a link to the site for you to see. The problem is on the lite version. The pro version works fine.

Can you kindly try again and download the file from the link and install it.
Version 3.7.11 works completely fine now. There was an error in the initial release.
So you can download the file and install it manually. It should work.
If you still face the same issue, kindly provide me your administrative access here, use the hidden mode to share the log in credentials.

Still not solved the problem. The page has the same error as before. SP Page Builder Lite V3.7.11 does not work manually installed.
The problem is in several pages. I do not grant access to my sites. I am asking for a link to the old version 3.7.10 because I do not have access to it.
