Form Builder - Error On Required Fields

Hello,

I've created an custom contact form using form builder. Keep getting error message that not all required fields are filled in. Changed all fields and marked them as not reuired and even then I get the error message.

Please help not sure where to look to fix this.

Hello Ziaul,

The website URL is correct. Site is offline but with the login details you are able to access the page.
