Unfortunately, it's not and never was a quick help. It's so many factors that you have to consider, change, upgrade etc. to speed up your website. There are whole books only about this topic.

Talk with Hosting Support, maybe you can enable extra Gzip Compression or Cache settings in cPanel.

1. On some hostings you can also use LiteSpeed etc.
2. Consider using .webp instead of .jpg, they can be smaller (Kb) with the same photo quality. Especially for header images.
3. Install and set: JCH Optimize Free / Pro
4. There are also extra speed-up rules for .htaccess file.
