Subject: License renewal issue – Serial number unchanged & layout import problem
Dear Joomshaper Support,
I recently renewed my license, but I noticed that my software serial number has remained exactly the same as before the renewal. Could you please confirm whether this is normal behaviour?
Additionally, since renewing my license, I am no longer able to import layouts – even though I understand that this feature should be included with an active, renewed license. I have tried several times without success.
I would greatly appreciate your help in clarifying the serial number point and restoring my ability to import layouts.
