Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue when trying to make a card payment through Redsys. I get the following error message:

"Error in the data sent. Please contact your merchant."

The amount is not being charged to the card.

I've checked all the parameters and everything seems to be correct on my side.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Thank you very much for your help. I have updated Easystore to its latest version and reviewed the Redsys payment module parameters. It is now working correctly, and the issue has been resolved.
