Error Page After Opening Pagebuilder Module

Hello, since yesterday I got the following problem: when I open my module (in the module list) with pagebuilder I get the following error: An error occurred while running this CGI-script. Falls Sie der Inhaber dieser Webseite sind, und Ihnen die folgende Ausgabe nicht bei der Lösung des Problems weiterhilft, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Provider. If you are the owner of this website, and the following error message does not help you to solve the issue, please contact your provider.
Or: I can open my module an by opening the Edit with backend editor, I get "Request failed by 500 error" and a white site??

A 500 error usually points to a server-side issue. Could you please check if this happens with all Page Builder modules or just one?
