The page disappears after the last update while editing. com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.7.11.zip This happens very often. Usually, if we edit an element or then click ROW OPTION. link to the video: VIDEO 1 VIDEO 2

I just talked with the developer. It seems like a bug. It will be fixed in the next update.
