Issue With Multi-column Menu - Helix

I'm trying to rebuild our website after the JCE vulnerability attack earlier in June. I've used Floox for several years. I was building a menu that has 3 columns of links, all URLs leading to local PDF files. I created the menu headings for each of the columns, placed them all under a root menu heading. At first, the first column was filling in fine, but the second column started to fill in under the first, and I hit the "reset" button to try and rebuild the helix menu, which just results in this error message:

{"action":"none","status":"false","message":"The most recent request was denied because it had an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."}

and now none of the sub menu items display at all. I also tried the joomla "rebuild" option, but nothing changed.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Glad to hear its not something I'm doing wrong. In that case, I'm gonna finish setting up the menu items in that menu section. Thanks!

Checking back in here. I really need to get a working menu system going here. Should I setup a different menu component in the short term?
