404 Message After Upgrading To SP Pagebuilder 3.7

I have created a new Joomla! site and installed the "Resort" quickstart. I have upgraded the Joomla! version to the current 3.9.27 and did the same for SP Page builder from what ever the version was to 3.7.12 and Helix to version 3.

When I open the home page I receive a 404 with the message ".border-radius is undefined: /homepages/43/d194442333/htdocs/ups-war/templates/shaper_resort/less/master.less on line 12".

From what I can see this calls in "responsive.less". But I cannot find any .border-radius parameter.

Woudl be grateful for a bit of help.

Resolved using the video posted by Toufiq in this https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/18 and did not need to switch off compile LESS.

Kindly go to Template Options -> Advanced Settings and turn off Compile LESS to CSS.
