Arino Main Image Issue

The image that I define as the main image also appears in the thumbnales below (always last in row). https://ibb.co/stgvt7Z But when the user selects it, it does not load. https://ibb.co/HrX9zjv Can I make it not appear with thumbnales at all? Or if it appears to be working normally?
