Helix Ultimate 2.0.0 has nothing to do with SP Page Builder Pro, one shouldn't replace another.

Please check from your end and let us know.

Helix Ultimate is a template and SP Page Builder is an extension. Its not possible to replace one another. You can install the page builder on the template. For more help on SP Page Builder Pro, watch this tutorial:
