Duplicate Emails From Form Builder

Hello,
I get duplicate emails from form builder. Everytime message from form came with a copy. I ve tried different settings, but still same issue.
The settings are like this:
Recipient Email: [email protected]
Email Headers Reply-To: {{email}} Reply-name: {{nome}}
From Email: Presença: [email protected]

Yes, the issue exists. Please take a full site backup first. Then update SP Page Builder to the latest version and check if the issue exists.

The SP Page Builder was updated to new version is 3.7.13. But same situation. The difference now was the duplicated email arrived minutes later and not at same time.

Accepted AnswerPlease share your credentials again to check the issue. I could not log in using the same credentials now. It worked before.

Accepted AnswerI just found the problem. It has the Bc: and Cc: on Email Headers. It was empty but still sending copies. After remove it situation was solved.
