After updating System - Helix Ultimate Framework from 1.1.4 to 2.0.1 the header of my site doesn't look like before.

At my test system I made the update and it looks like: https://ibkt.ib-r-krueck.de/index.php It should be: https://ib-r-krueck.de/

Rainer

Hello there!

Would you please check if you have select a header style within the Basic tab of your Template Options, kindly?

And here is a new update just released Helix Ultimate 2.0.2. You can try this out too.

Please take a full site backup before trying anything new!

Best Regards

Hi Rashida,

there is no update availible ... automaticly.

Templates --> Template Options --> Basic Tab --> Header: the only option availible is "sticky header" and it's selected.

Hi there!

Really sorry for the late reply.

I have visited your site and it is looking good at my end. Would you please check the following screenshot and let me know how would you expect the header actually?

... your screen shot is from https://ib-r-krueck.de/index.php - that's the unpatched site, the problem is shown at https://ibkt.ib-r-krueck.de/index.php - the patched one...

Today I had to update my website and so I did test system also by restoring a backup. Here, in my test system https://ibkt.ib-r-krueck.de/ only template "megainc" was updated and the header is destroyed ... I'm not glad with this situation...

Hello there!

Please take my apology.

Would you please check that if there are any preset selected within the preset tab of your Template Options?

However, the following code may resolve the issue for you. Please use the code in your custom CSS:

.sp-contact-info li {
    display: inline-block !important;
}
#sp-top-bar {
    padding: 0px !important;
}
.sp-contact-info {
    padding: 0.3em !important;
}
#sp-header .logo {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}
nav.sp-megamenu-wrapper {
    width: 100%;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Best Regards
