No Menu On Blog For Helix 2.02

I can see from other posts that the menu has had issues for 2.02. However, when I revert back to 1.14, I cannot even access my RSBlog. For now I have 2.0.2
In fact, the entire formatting of the blog is off. There is no side menu, plugins are not working, etc.
This is not an RsBlog issue either. I have already contacted them.
Please help!

Accepted AnswerNo Rsblog was not the issue. There was no menu. Apparently what I did worked but I did not clear my computer cache to confirm. I will post here what I did. Perhaps it will help someone else.
- I had (shaper_helixultimate 2.02) and (System - Helix Ultimate Framework 2.02) installed which is where I encountered the menu issue
- I first downgraded my template to the 1.14 version
- I downgraded the plg to the 1.14 version as well
- Cleared Joomla cache
- My blog produced an error so I decided to reinstall the 2.02 versions of both
- Cleared Joomla cache
Apparently, something "magically" corrected itself. I made no changes to Rsblog.
