Offcanvas Dropdown Not Expanding

Hi there, I have a problem with one of my new sites:
I made a redesign of a Helix 3 Based Website. I finished everything but now - when I did some responsive tests I found out, that the Offcanvas Menu is not expanding when I click the expand-icons. I tried to use exactly the same CSS that is used for the offcanvas - that is used in the original Helix 3 template - and I put it into my custom stylesheet (styles_arnold_neu.css) - but its still not working.
Im really desperate right now, trying hours to get this to work but I have no idea any more. Can you help me out?

I have checked your site and found out the template is not from us.
Would you please contact your template provider about the issue first, kindly?

Accepted AnswerHi yes I try, but the problem is the template is years old and not supported any more. But am I right, that the main.css and the template CSS is in charge for the explanding feature? I also tried to use standard Helix 3 Template main.css and also the standard Offcanvas dedicated CSS from Helix 3 Template and its not working too....Thats what irritating me....
