Ok,

So I downloaded the quickstart package. I have joomla 3.9.24. and I tried to upload the quickstart package and it shows an error :

Warning JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file. The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla.

When I go to update component it wants to reverse to 3.9.21 which is absurd.

Template alone can be uploaded.

Any help?
