Are you using the helix Ultimate template?

Then you can download the template pack only from the below link:

https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/template/helixultimate

And install it through Extensions> manage> Install.

your template name was renamed, it means that template language file must be renamed as well ! I guess you forgot about it.

TIP: try use this name: en-GB.voci.ini
