2. Unzip zip file to .xml format.
3. Use FTP tool and upload here (replace-override old file): plugins/system/helixultimate/params
4. Downlad 2nd zip file: intro_full_image.zip
5. Unzip file into two .php files
6. Use FTP tool and upload files here (override old) : plugins/system/helixultimate/overrides/layouts/joomla/content

I will try to ask team to add this basic "fix" in next Helix 2.0.6 plugin update.

And here is temporary (unoffcial) fixed Helix plugin - just install - above steps (1-6) are no needed.

But image alt text inserted earlier doens't show in the field in admin, but it still shown in front.
