You didn't understand me!

The latest releases of SP Page Builder do not bring the Facebook library that in previous versions was located in the admin/assets/vendor/facebook directory. That's why I get an error: 0 Class 'Facebook' not found

Please check the packages you are distributing, you will see that this library is not in its last releases. Unless you no longer support Instagram or Facebook.
