Error 404 Not Working

Hi, please help - error page 404 does not work. I have three websites, I get a 404 error page on two of them and at the latest level (Joomla 4.x, SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.7.15 and the StartUPlanding template) I get an error page 404 not working - you will see a normal page with the wrong URL. Don't know about a solution?

I'm just outraged that I had to be nervous about this for 6 years now ... and now it's back like a child's illness!

now there will be a turning point for the subscription .. after that it is unlikely that I will pay again!
