I am sorry to say but you are using Gazette template with Helix Ultimate 2.x.x version, but the template is not compatible yet with the latest Helix Ultimate framework, nor compatible with Joomla 4. That's exactly what created the problem. See here.

Please rollback to the older Helix Ultimate version eg. version 1.1.4 and clear the browser and Joomla cache and try again. Use the older version till the template's compatibility.

So if i used this template, will it be any problem for me in future? Before i selected this template i asked from one of your member about template updates, and she told me that will not be any problem. Also how can i rollback

Please download the older Helix Ultimate version from here and install it till the template's compatibility.
