I discovered that you have exactly this same problem with all components, not only our, but also JCE, DPCalendar, OSMap Free, as well as with all Joomla core components. You can check if you don't believe me.

Extra tip!

On this same server in different folder or test subdomain install clean Joomla 3.10 and check there Options in core components (Banner, Contact, Articles), then install those same extra components one by one, and check inside them as well. It will tell you if this is a server settings problem or maybe extensions conflict.
