Add New Row In Megamenu J4+Helix Not Work

Hello, I can not insert the rows and columns in the megamenu of the site I am developing. I followed the instructions here: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/menu-navigation
when I click "add new row" the choice of columns opens but when I click on one of the choices nothing happens.
this thing happens on all the sites i am developing in j4 + helix
What could it be?

Thanks for contacting us. Actually, I can add new row in the megamenu and add modules there as well with both Joomla 4.x and Helix Ultimate.

Would you please clear your Joomla and browser cache and kindly recheck technical requirements to see if there is not any issues with PHP configuration or technical requirements. Please ask hosting support if required.

Accepted AnswerHi I tried to clear the cache, and I tried on new installations but it still doesn't work, I recorded a video where the error that appears when I click is highlighted, any ideas?
