Awaiting an answer SP Page Builder

Page Builder does not save changes

Hi, I'm working with Page Builder and the Helix template, but the Page Builder doesn't save my changes, the save button keeps spinning and nothing happens. How can I solve this, I have already registered my email and my Page Builder password.
