Hello, you just have to give license informations again and clear cache, it should work again.

I have had the exact same problem since switching to Joomla 4. They keep telling me to "turn off mod_security" but there is none with GoDaddy.

I discovered when I DON'T put in my licence key, the Sections load but can't be used. When I put the key back in, I just get the spinning wheel of death.

Please clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser. Install SP Page Builder again and insert the license should solve the issue.
