Hi, As I don't have any answer to the question https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/8061 and as the website is down for one week now, I need urgently need to made it back online. Template used is Barber. I'm using the same template on another website, where it's still working because I didn't updated it, so I could copy it to the down website. Version is 1.0. But if I'm doing so, I also need to downgrade Helix Ultimate Framework, isn't it ? Version along the working old template is 1.1.2. Just replacing template and plugin folders would be OK to have website functional again ? I hope so... Hope there was no changes in database between versions... Last question, there is no link with SP Page Builder, isn't it ? Last version of the page builder will work with old version of the template and the plugin, I hope... A little bit desapointed with Joomshaper I appreciated for years. But one week with no answer on a critical issue is unbelivable.

Well, it works with old template and framework. Please let me update when a functionnal update of the template and framework will be available. Here are the points :

  • There are no more main menu in multilingual versions, only main menu
  • On frontend, website is down with only the message "0 Class 'Html' not found" when website is offline (used for private access)
  • No access to template option untill changing xml version to 1.0 in options.xml, and after this, it opens with the error message "Missing webfonts.json file. Please go to advanced > Font Settings and add Google Font Api and update."

So, not stable at all. Everyone, be careful when updating!!!

Hello there!

I'm really sorry for your issue.

Can you take a backup of your site and try the following in a test environment to see if it helps?

Please go to this location: templates/barbar and place the attached folder there. You need to unzip the folder and then place in that location.

webfonts.zip

Let me know if it solves the issue for you or not.

Best Regards
