Image Uploading Not Working!

I purchased SP Page Builder Pro today. I am using it with Joomla 3.10 on a Xampp stack.
When I try to upload an image in the media manager, it starts uploading, shows 100%, but the small circle which indicates activity keeps spinning indefinitely. The image is never uploaded.
What am I doing wrong?
