Could you tell me how can I add a row in the Layout?

Hi there!

If you are talking about the layout builder of your template then please hover on a row/section then you will see a plus sign below it. Here is the related doc may help you:

Thank you Rashida. What I'm looking is how to hide the main menu and logo or move it down the title row but I can't find the way, the menu row is not displayed at the layout area, so it's not available to change that.
