Hi, yes. There are two ways:

1. Use Akeeba Backup extension and exclude tables from the database that you don't need.
2. Use PHPMyAdmin and export those tables: prefix_spmedia, prefix_sppagebuilder, prefix_sppagebuilder_addons, prefix_sppagebuilder_sections.

The most important are: prefix_sppagebuilder (pages) and prefix_spmedia (location of images)

but remember to copy (backup) also used images from: images/2020 , images/2021

prefix = database prefix (!) in old Joomla it was jos_
