Form Builder Checkbox Implementation EMail Template

Hey,
I used Form Builder and within my form I used checkboxes for the days of the week Monday to Friday. The field names are all set as "monday" "tuesday" "wednesday" "thursday" and "friday".
When I add these to the email template as {{monday}} nothing happens. Is there a special format that I have to use, to tell the form that these field names exist within the checkbox item?

Accepted AnswerThank you for your help. Unfortunately that does not make sense to me. I have the days of the week as checkbox elements. The form is used to register children for lunch in kindergarten, so parents check the days they want their children to have lunch in kindergarten. If i make every day a required field, i cannot send the form until every checkbox is checked. I want to have the parents chose only specific days. How can I do this?

is there any further information on this? As stated above, it makes absolutely no sense that all checkboxes are required because then you have to tick all of them? Or am I missing something?
