Sp Page Builder - Form Builder Doesn't Work

Hello,
I'm using Joomla 4.0.4 - SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.1 - helixultimate template
After searching, reading and trying my contact form created with form builder doesn't send emails
- PHP Mail is working ok
- Global Configuration From Email has the same address that the Email Template From Email
- From Email address is different from Recipient Email address
What I'm missing?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked via creating a test page with the forum builder addon and it works fine.
