i did exactly that, however the site doenst update to the template but it keeps the helix only! once again Salon is the default template but the site wont display it.

Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials.

This is frustrating! I wrote on this threat that the ISSUE is the Salon Template is set to be the default template but it wont show on the front page, instead it shows the helix, also the menu was not showing on it, i tried (clear cache, assigned menus and so) everything and still not working and you first ask me to send the credentials which i did sent then you reply to send the credentials when it was sent days ago, now you saying everything works fine, but i see you didnt do anything, at least you should have applied the salon template and see if it displayed properly on the frontpage. Dissapointed with your support. thanks

okay, I am explaining you the things. The page is the homepage that comes with Helix Quickstart. On it Salon template is installed. This is why the Salon quickstart SP Page Builder pages is not found. You need to set the logo, menu and other settings in the Template Options.
