Too Much Space On Top Of Webpages (padding?)

Hi,
Please can you help me to reduce the space between my menus and the body of my Helix Ultimate template? When you visit my new site https://visitsexbierum.nl you can see what I try to tell you. There is too much white space above the title 'Visit Sexbierum | Onthaasten aan de Waddenzee'.
I think it has to do with padding, but I can't find out how I can solve this problem. I use Joomla 4.0.5.

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
