Hi

We did upgraded to Joomla 4.0.5 and found that when editing template options (like presets for example) drafting the result does not work until changes are saved, so each change needs to click on the "save" button before looking the result.

Drafting the template appearance was a very nive useful feature for us, specially now, when we are starting to develop a new web site using SP builder pro and base template is Shaper Helix Ultimate 2.0. 5

We did cleared browser cache and site cache and remains the same

Yes and it was working for us also and then stoped working.

Sorry your answer does not help. I can do a clean installation and I am sure it will work again but then we will have to start it again.

Have another site where it does work so the main question is why suddenly stopped working.

Hi Toufiq

Yes happens at our site. We do have 2 sites. Suddenly started to happen in one of our sites only, the only difference is one is english and J404 and the other one is spanish and J405.

You can see the video at the hidden content link

We did uninstalled the template and installed it back, but still the same problem.

You will see some difference on the presents cause after reinstalling the template looks the presets are not identical when installing template quicktart or just only the template.

Yes I did check your site and works.

We can duplicate the site to allow you access to a different domain cause security reasons.

We were asking cause maybe you met before but looks not.

Yes I did check your site (I confirmed before, maybe you did not noticed).

Anyways we do have 2 servers with 2 domains, one works and the other one does not.
