Update: 5 Joomla templates got latest SP Page Builder and other improvements

All of these updated templates got SP Page Builder 3.3.6 which has a range of new features. Also, their quickstart packs now provide Joomla 3.9 with a set of privacy tools. Plus, there are other improvements.
