Please disable plugin and module from EU e-Privacy Directive and TRY EDIT again.

I think there is a problem with session/cookies, not our software directly.

Hi,

  1. Do you have any EXTRA installed extension that can change login process / user ACL manager?

  2. Try this method:

In System - Global configuration - System tab - Shared Sessions: Yes - Save

Tim Schmitz Asked this
  1. No
  2. Doesn't work

Beside that Problem we use a Helix Ultimate Based Theme and can't save the Template Options. Therefore I think there is no Problem with the Log In.

  1. In that case it can be problem with server settings.
  2. Do you have enabled mod_security in cPanel
  3. Check server logs.

BTW
For Joomla there are several different cookie extensions, you can use another one - which don't generate conflicts.
