error 404 simple portfolio for multilanguage

Hi,
i have a problem with extention simple portfolio in a multilanguage site.

In italian is ok, but in english doesn't work showing error 404.

joomla 3.27
php 7.28
sp simple portfolio 2.0.1

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. I have completed some uncompleted settings of multilingual of your site. Now you need to do a small work from your end. Just renamed the htaccess.txt to .htaccess from your joomla root directory. This problem occurred when your SEF/SEO settings is not fully configured.

hi,
i don't understand.
the site was already configured like this. htaccess is already .htaccess.
in fact the product pages in english still gives 404 error.
